Professional and compassionate services are of the utmost importance to the staff at Koller Funeral Home and Cremation Center Inc. During the funeral arrangements (at time of need or during pre-planning), we focus on providing the services to meet your specific needs, whatever they might be -- from traditional services with a viewing or graveside services, to direct cremation or memorial services, etc.

We feel strongly that each family is unique, and your requests or concerns will likely be different from those of another family. We feel that it is important to consult directly with you and your family when making these preparations, and we make the time to do that whenever you need us.

For immediate needs and service, we encourage you to call us right away. Likewise, to make funeral arrangements in advance, you may call us to schedule a meeting or perhaps begin the process by completing our online Pre-Planning Questionnaire or complete our offline Pre-Planning Questionnaire.

Although a funeral service is a difficult and emotional event to plan, we encourage you to look upon it as a celebration of that individual's life. We will help you use this time to reflect upon memories such as photographs, momentos, music, special readings/poems, etc. When we discuss the services with you, we pay great attention to "details" necessary to plan the viewing, the service, etc. We focus on providing our services exactly according to your family's wishes. and Cremation Center Inc. takes personal pride in adding the "female touch" to details and care giving. Those special touches are meant to provide as much comfort as possible for the family during a difficult time.

For example, we will handle the notification of Social Security, and we will file death benefits documents for veterans. If you wish, we will contact the veterans' honor guard for military rites and have a personal trumpeter for your service rather than just provide a recording of taps. In addition, we can help by contacting other organizations to assist with special services as well.

We can further assist your family, if you wish, by making arrangements for casket purchase, clothing selections, lettering to be completed for stones and markers as well as making inquiries for prices and information on monuments. We can also order flowers on your behalf from the flower shop of your choice.

Whatever choices you make... traditional services with a viewing, graveside services, direct cremation, memorial services, etc. ... the details will be planned according to your needs and wishes.

No detail can be overlooked or ignored. You will feel the personal touch in all phases... from the planning of the services... to the day of the the services... to the the personal touches that are done weeks and months after the services.
