When your loved one has died, your first conversation with the funeral director here at the Koller Funeral Home and Cremation Center in York, PA, will usually be to share basic information to allow for transport to the funeral home.

Your funeral director will ask you a few questions.  Among them will be whether or not your loved one has an end-of-life plan that includes pre-arrangements for funeral and burial.

At this time, the funeral director will also schedule a date, time and place to meet with you for a funeral arrangement conference to complete arrangements and let you know  what to bring with you when you meet.  Here at the Koller Funeral Home and Cremation Center, we welcome you to meet at the funeral home here on Market Street in York, PA; but, if that is not possible, we will plan the arrangement conference at a location that is convenient for you.
